Shipping & tracking
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders across Australia.
We process your order within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, you can track your order using your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.
Right after shipping, tracking may initially show “Shipping information received”. It can take up to 4 business days before the status updates to “In transit”. If the status still hasn’t updated after 4 business days, please get in touch with us.
Easy 30-day returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, free of marks, stains, perfume or make-up, and have all original tags attached.
Once the item has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Need a different size? Simply return the item and place a new order in the right size.
